Earn in Four Ways with PalFish App!

PalFish

Unconventional ways on learning the English language have been becoming the trend nowadays. It is no longer just teacher-student interaction in a controlled virtual classroom.

Teachers can now use their mobile phones.

No laptop? No problem!

With just a tap of your finger on your mobile screen, you can go online and wait for calls and paid by the minute!

This platform is similar with Vip Talk, but with PalFish, there are more ways than one to earn bucks!

To be exact, you may earn in FOUR ways!

HOW DOES PALFISH WORK?

1. PalFish Freetalk

The FIRST way to earn is through Palfish Freetalk where tutors can talk to the students one-on-one about anything and everything under the sun. This is the perfect opportunity for tutors to build rapport with students and for students to enhance their oral English skills. After going online, you will receive calls and fees according to the RATE you set.

You can also set a TRIAL RATES for new students who haven’t taken a lesson with you yet.

You may even offer DISCOUNT RATES for your regular students.

Also, there’s a scheduling system which is similar to a booking system where students make an appointment with you at a given time and date.

Tap on SCHEDULE on the homepage to access and manage your schedule.

2. PalFish Lessons

 PalFish

The SECOND way is through PalFish Lesson which is the best way for you to get more regulars. It’s similar to PalFish Free Talks, but an agreement between tutor and student should be made beforehand.

PalFish student buys your Lessons for which he/she will pay in advance. In return, you’d have to make series of lessons for those who subscribed to your lessons. Most of the times, lessons are cheaper than “PalFish Freetalk” for they are offered at a discounted rate.

3. PalFish Live Class

The THIRD way is through PalFish Live Classes where you can teach more than one student at the same time. In a way, students have to be enrolled in your class by paying an enrollment fee. They can get a free two-minute preview so grab the opportunity to use this window to attract more followers. If they want to view more of the live class, then they have to pay the enrollment fee.

There’s more!

The second good feature of live classes is that students who want an access to the “replay” function will have to buy the replay which is the FOURTH way to earn!

4. PalFish Podcast

One way of getting popular in PalFish is through PalFish Podcast. With your podcasts, you may share your thoughts and ideas with other PalFishers: tutors and students alike. You’d want to be included in the HOT LIST because popular podcasts are shared to all the teachers and students every day.

WHAT IS REQUIRED OF A PALFISH TUTOR?

1. Stable Internet Connection

I couldn’t emphasize how important a stable and high-speed internet connection for home-based workers. Talking and teaching at Palfish using your smartphone doesn’t make it an exception because bad internet connection could make frequent disconnections. You may get regulars with good quality call and especially, with more than good quality lessons.

2. Smartphone with camera and headphones

Video lessons are not necessarily required by the company, but turning it on while on call may make you memorable and engaging. Also, investing in a quality headset with noise-canceling feature could save you from embarrassing moments like dogs incessantly barking or a family member’s needless nagging.

3. English lessons

Free talk can be sometimes challenging for people who are not really good at small talks. That’s why it’s safe to prepare a backup plan by preparing lesson especially for your regulars.

4. Neutral Accent or Native-like Accent

Competition is tough for Palfish Tutors because the company hires English speakers from all over the world. You may set yourself apart by outstanding and clear pronunciation.

TIPS:

HOW DO PALFISH TUTORS GET PAID?

You can get paid in two ways: AliPay and PayPal.

Pay outs are made once a month every 1st to 5th of the month. Good news is that there’s no minimum cash out. Any amount you have in your wallet is credited to your chosen mode of payment.

HOW TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL PALFISH TUTOR?

The first and foremost thing to achieve is to get regular students/followers. The first few calls are vital
since getting really good rates of your performance would make it easy to get more students in the
future!

Second is to create lessons useful for students in their day-to-day lives. It’s best to relate your teaching
according to their interests and common struggles. Make them entertaining and useful all at the same
time.

Third, update your “moments” which are basically like Facebook statuses. It’s one of the best tool to keep in touch with your students and other teachers. Be like the celebrities with big and charming personalities because they tend to get popular. So will you if you let your unique persona shine through.
